Krannich Solar Joins Hand with Inverter-Brand SMA to Tap SE Asian Market

With an aim to tap the growing demand of South-East Asian market, one of the leading global distributors for photovoltaics (PV) Krannich Solar has collaborated with German manufacturer SMA Solar Technology to include SMA inverters in its portfolio.

Kurt Krannich, the founder and owner of Krannich Solar, believes that strong growth is expected in the next few years in the solar energy markets in the South East Asian region.

The demand for PV systems, especially from commercial enterprises, is increasing steadily, driven by a rapid increase in energy demand, industrial growth and ideal insolation values, Krannich added. “This makes PV systems increasingly attractive.”

On the current market demand, Krannich told that “we’re witnessing a continuous rise in the enquiries for photovoltaic systems, especially from commercial enterprises. Just the right segment for us as a wholesaler. Plus, we expect these markets to keep on growing strongly over the next few years.”
