BHEL Invites Bids for O&M for 2.015 MW Solar Plant at 8 Various Sites In Surat

Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) has invited bids for Operations and Maintenance (O&M for 2.015 MW) work of the 2015 kWp (2.015 MW) Solar PV roof-top systems installed at 8 various sites of Surat Municipal Corporation, Surat, Gujarat.

The last date for submitting the bid of this Bharat Heavy Electricals Limited (BHEL) O&M tender is December 16, 2022, till 01:00 pm and the bid will be opened on the same day at 02:00 pm.

The scope of the work of these 2.015 MW solar PV rooftop systems installed at 8 various sites tender includes operation and maintenance works for 54 months.

The estimated total cost of the tender is Rs 1,41,55,207/-. The awarded bidder will have to submit Rs. 2,40,000/- as an Earnest Money Deposit (EMD) in the form of a Bank Guarantee. The interested bidder will also have to pay 5% of the contract value (excluding GST) as a security deposit. 

Bidders who wish to participate should have executed works of similar nature during the last seven (07) years as per below, as on the date of opening of Technical Bid. 

Three “similar works” completed and costing not less than the amount of Rs. 56,62,080 each (including taxes).

To procure this tender, the bidders must have an average annual financial turnover during the last 3 years ending 31st March of the previous financial year, which should be at least 30% of the NIT value (Rs. 42,45,560 including GST). 

The net worth of the bidder based on the latest Audited Accounts should be positive. 

Net worth = Paid up share capital* + Reserves. (*Share Capital OR Partnership Capital OR Proprietor Capital as the case may be)
